Robertson Family Land Grant of 1784, west side of Shelburne Harbor, Nova Scotia (now Churchover, Shelburne County). William & Jane Robertson were the grantees. Now it is owned by Joseph Fagan, their great-great-great-grandson. (see Robertson Pedigree chart)
As you can see, this is not good farmland. William Robertson, grantee, was a shoemaker. Most Robertsons were fishermen. Many moved away.
